Payback — Investment Return Portal

1. Purpose of This Portal
This portal exists for one reason: so that every person to whom I owe money can register their claim, see it verified, and be repaid in full.
It is a voluntary repayment initiative. It is not an investment offer, a loan, or a financial product. Nothing on this portal solicits new funds from anyone.
Each claim is recorded permanently, every payment is logged against it, and the balance is visible to you at any time. The intention is that this record becomes the single shared account between us — clear, honest, and available to both sides.
2. Commitment to Full Repayment
My commitment is to repay the full verified principal owed to each claimant. No amount is written down. No claimant is asked to accept less than what is owed.
Repayment is made in instalments as funds become available. By registering a claim you acknowledge and accept:
- Instalments vary. Each payment reflects my actual financial capacity at that time.
- No fixed schedule or completion date is promised. Payments may differ in size and frequency, and there may be periods with no payment at all.
- No interest, profit, or return is payable beyond the recorded principal, and none is claimed.
- Where funds allow only partial distribution, payments may be allocated proportionally across verified claims.
- Your balance updates after every payment, and remains visible to you throughout.
- A claim is complete when the balance reaches zero.
This is a long-term undertaking made in good faith. It asks for patience, and offers transparency in return.
3. Settlement on Completion
When your balance reaches zero, your claim is marked Paid and a settlement record is generated showing the total repaid and the date of final payment.
You will then be asked to confirm receipt in full. Upon that confirmation:
- The full recorded principal has been repaid to you
- The matter between us regarding that recorded amount is settled
- No further claim is pursued in respect of that same amount
This confirmation is given at the point of final payment, with full knowledge of everything received. It applies solely to the recorded principal actually repaid. It is a record of a debt discharged by payment — not a waiver of anything owed.
4. Accuracy and Good Faith
This process depends on honesty from both sides. You are responsible for the accuracy of everything you submit — your name, mobile number, invested amount, amount already received, and payment details.
- Supporting documentation may be requested before a claim is approved
- Where our records differ, you will be contacted through the portal to resolve it
- False, inflated, or duplicate claims may be rejected
- A claim found to be knowingly false may be reported to the appropriate authorities, and legal remedies may be pursued
Genuine mistakes are not treated as dishonesty. If you have made an error, correct it through the portal and it will be handled without prejudice to your claim.
5. Verification and Access
To view your claim you must provide your registered mobile number together with your exact invested amount. This second detail is known only to you and to me, and it protects your personal and financial information from anyone else.
- Keep both details confidential
- I am not responsible for access resulting from your sharing them with others
- Repeated failed attempts will temporarily lock access to that mobile number
6. Claim Status
- Pending — Submitted and awaiting review
- Correction Required — Further information is needed from you
- Approved — Verified and included in repayment cycles
- Rejected — Could not be verified from available records
- Paid — The full recorded amount has been repaid
Rejection does not by itself extinguish any obligation that may exist in law. If you believe a rejection is mistaken, respond through the portal and it will be reviewed again.
7. Goods Offered Against Balance
From time to time, goods may be made available which can be taken in exchange for a deduction against your outstanding balance.
- Participation is entirely optional and never required
- The deducted amount reduces your balance by exactly that amount — no more
- Any delivery charge is shown clearly before you confirm
- A cancelled order restores the full deducted amount to your balance
- Goods are supplied as-is; I do not manufacture them and give no warranty beyond that of the original supplier
8. Records
The portal maintains a permanent record of your claim, every payment made against it, and your current balance. This record is available to you at any time.
It is intended to remove ambiguity entirely — so that neither of us has to rely on memory, and both of us can see the same account.
9. Data and Privacy
Only the information necessary to verify and process your claim is collected: your name, mobile number, email if you choose to provide one, payment details, and claim amounts.
- Your data is stored securely
- It is never sold, rented, or shared for marketing
- It is disclosed only where required by law
- You may request correction at any time
- Records are retained as long as necessary to document repayment
10. Communication
All communication regarding your claim takes place through this portal.
When your claim needs correction, when a payment is made, or when your status changes, a notification appears on your claim page. You can respond by resubmitting your claim with corrected information.
Please keep your registered mobile number active, as it is the key to accessing your claim.
11. Changes to These Terms
These terms may be updated over time. Material changes will be posted here with a revised date.
No change will ever reduce an amount already recorded as owed to you.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh and are subject to the jurisdiction of its courts.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any right you hold under applicable Bangladeshi law, including the Consumer Rights Protection Act 2009. Nothing here waives liability for fraud or wilful misconduct.
13. Acknowledgement
By submitting a claim, you confirm that:
- You have read and understood these terms
- The information you have provided is true and complete to the best of your knowledge
- You understand repayment is made in instalments over an unspecified period, without interest, until the full recorded amount is repaid
- You are participating voluntarily and in good faith
This portal was built to make an obligation visible rather than hidden, and to repay it properly rather than quietly. That is its only purpose.
